Discount codes may not be used against the purchase of sale items. Finance options may also be restricted for items purchased in conjunction with a promotional offer. 

Google Review Monthly Prize Draw

We appreciate your feedback, so to give customers a little reward, each month we select three customers that have left us a review on Google and gift them with a voucher of £100, £250 or £500. To be entered into this prize draw, all you have to do is leave us a Google review. We recommend entering your order reference in the review which will allow us to find you in order to contact you with ease. Customers must use their full real name when leaving the review in order for us to find their details. Winners will be selected on the last working day of each month. We reserve the right to end or alter this promotion at any time. 

Goods, pricing availability and suitability

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, Jura Watches will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. Under the Sale of Goods Act the contract of sale take place upon delivery of goods. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product. We endeavour to fulfil every order within the estimated time-scale stated on our website. 

Pre-Orders and Deposit Sales

Items purchased on pre-order or deposit sale can only be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of the watch becoming physically available for collection or delivery. After 30 days the deposit is non refundable but may be used as a credit against any future purchases.

Special orders (watches ordered with specific requests) can only be returned in exchange for a credit note. 

Special order watch straps can only be returned in exchange for credit. 

Items which have been engraved will not be refunded. 

Pre-Authorisation of Deposit for finance purchases

When paying for goods using finance, a pre-authorisation of a deposit will be taken from a card. If the application is successful the deposit will be captured. If the application is unsuccessful then the deposit authorisation will be released (please note that it can take up to 10 days for the funds to appear on your statement).

Title of goods

Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods are paid for in full.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer, LMG cards and finance (using Novuna).

We enrolled in American Express SafeKey scheme

New watches have finance options are provided by Novuna Finance, orders over £220 qualify for a choice of finance options. Details are available at the point of checkout or on the finance page. Please note that finance is a special offer promotion and is not available on some products such as Sinn watches or pre-owned watches and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Each product page will indicate if finance is available on that item.

Payments using an LMG card cannot be used against any sales items. Please also note that promotional codes cannot be redeemed against orders using this method of payment.

Part Exchanges

Where your purchase of goods also involves the sale of a watch, we can accept your current watch as part payment towards the goods. You will be advised of the part exchange allowance we attribute to your watch before your Order is confirmed following our assessment of your watch.

Prior to confirming your order, you will be required to sign a “Purchase Agreement Form” as our proof of purchase of your watch. Once the purchase agreement is completed, should you wish to return the new watch within your 14 day returns period, a credit will be offered for the value of the watch originally part-exchanged. This credit note must be used against goods of an equal value to the watch you have returned.

Discounts

We reserve the right to add, amend or remove discounts from our website without notice. Some discounts may exclude certain brands, models or sale items. We will always endeavour to be as upfront as possible, however, in the event that a discount is accepted by our payment system when it shouldn't have been, we reserve the right to remove said discount. Should this occur, you the customer will always be informed, and will have to option to cancel the order for a refund or pay any outstanding balance to complete the order.

Cancellations

For distance selling orders, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, when buying an item online, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods. For full details, please refer to our returns policy.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders over £50. Any orders over £250 will be sent on an express, next working day service. UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail are fully tracked and insured. All in stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday.

For all orders under £50, we offer a same day dispatch delivery service from only £2.50. We also offer express delivery options on all orders including a Saturday Guaranteed Service; please see options and prices on the checkout page.

Different billing and shipping address: We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.

International Delivery

For items over £1,000 we use FedEx, which offer delivery within 2 days to most of Europe and 3 days for the rest of the world. The price varies depending on your country and postcode/zip code, when you buy online our checkout system will give you an exact quote for delivery. Under £1,000 and they are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, which is normally a 2-3 day service within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world, pricing for delivery using this varies between £0.00 and £15.00 per order.

All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.  In such cases, the customer will need to pay this cost for the order to be released to them from the courier.

Please note the following brands; Grand Seiko, Bell & Ross, Doxa, Sinn, Cuervo y Sobrinos and Oris cannot be shipped outside of the UK. Seiko can only be shipped within the UK and Europe.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your recent watch purchase, but you always have the reassurance of our 30 day money back guarantee policy.

Please note that when trying on a watch at home, we recommend only placing the timepiece on your wrist to see if it suits. This should not involve wearing it for an extended period of time. If there are any signs of wear on the item, it will not be accepted back for a refund or exchange.

Bronze watches will be supplied with a clear plastic coating on the case and clasp/buckles. This coating must remain on for the purposes of trying on watches at home due to the natural oxidisation which occurs when the metal contacts the skin. Bronze watches which are returned bearing signs of oxidisation will not be accepted for a return or refund. 

Smart watches must be returned in an unregistered condition with factory settings. Any watch that has been registered to an app or worn/used for activities will not be accepted back for a full refund.

For full priced items, you have 30 days from date of receipt to return your item if bought online.

Sale items have a 14 days return policy. Sale items are classed as any watch that has been sold with a price reduction from the RRP (this include purchases using a discount code).

- Items purchased online and picked up in store should be examined on collection and are returnable for store credit only.

- Items purchased in store are returnable for store credit only.

Pre-Owned watches & straps purchased through the website have a 14 days return policy. 

Please note that some straps purchased through the "strap finder form" are special order and can not be returned. This is the case where the details of the watch and corresponding strap are confirmed with the brand. 

Please return your item along with the original receipt. The watch will need to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned complete with the original box in brand new condition. Refunds will not be processed unless all items, including free gifts have been returned. This refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for our stores policy's please contact the store directly.

A watch cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange if it has been sized by the customer or another jewellers. 

Straps, bracelets and accessories cannot be accepted back for a refund or exchange if they have been adjusted or fitted by the customer or another jewellers. 

Should you wish to return an item, simply post it back to the address below. We always recommend sending any returns back using Royal Mail special delivery. For orders under £1,000 the return cost is covered by the customer, Orders over £1,000 we will cover the cost to return, using Royal Mail Special Delivery up to £10. Please note that any additional insurance taken out is at the customers expense. 

Please note that international purchases that are returned will not have any incurred postage costs refunded, and returns will be at the customers own expense.

We aim to process the refund the same day we receive it but please allow up to 7-10 working days for this to be processed.

If you choose to exchange your item, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

Unfortunately items which have been worn or display signs of wear will not be accepted back for a full refund. 

Please note not all features on the Michael Kors Smartwatch range will work with iPhones please refer to Michael Kors for completed specifications. We cannot accept Michael Kors smart watches back for a refund or credit if they have already been connected to a device. 

If an item is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return. An item can be defined as ‘faulty’ if it does not meet the performance specifications described by the manufacturer. In some instances, we may need to send an item back to the manufacturer for them to determine whether an item has a fault.

Repairs

Please note that if an external repairer has been used and you choose to reject the estimate there would be a return undone fee from the brand that you would have to pay. This starts from £25.00 but is dependent on brand and location. This is to cover postage cost & the brand’s admin fee. Please note that we are not making anything on this, this is just to cover direct costs. 

Price Matching

Many of our watches are eligible for a price match, allowing for a reduction in price if the same watch has been found for a cheaper price from another retailer. To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch being offered by the competitor must be identical to the one offered by Jura Watches.
  • The watch being offered by the competitor must be in stock or ready to be delivered within 3 working days.
  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the watch being sold.
  • The watch must be sold on an official website. Items sold on eBay, Amazon etc will not be considered.
  • Any postal charges will be taken into consideration when price matching.
  • Price match offers may affect your eligibility to receive a free gift with your order.

Jura Watches reserves the right to refuse any price match request without reason.

Free Gifts

We offer a range of free gifts which can be selected within the online checkout. 

We reserve the right to deny or withdraw the fulfilment of free gifts in exceptional circumstances. Free gifts cannot be offered in conjunction with any offers, discounts or promotional codes.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you'll find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
